Make finding the right equipment easy

UX/UI design for agricultural machinery

Overview + case studies
Made by MOMENTOFIMPACT
Agricultural machinery and farm equipment websites often contain dense catalogues, configurators, dealer tools, and service content. We make that complexity easier to navigate — helping users find the right model, compare specifications, and move from research to enquiry with less friction.
User research
We analyse audiences, selection journeys, decision criteria, and the information buyers need at each stage.
Information architecture
We structure equipment categories, models, dealers, service, and supporting content.
User flows
We design key journeys such as equipment selection, comparison, configuration, dealer search, pricing enquiry, and service.
Wireframes
We validate logic before visual design and remove unnecessary steps early.
UI design
A modern interface that supports the brand while keeping technical information readable.
Design system
Components, states, tables, filters, forms, and interaction patterns built for scale.
  • Manufacturers with large equipment catalogues and complex specifications
  • Dealers that need to make equipment selection easier online
  • Companies building configurators, dealer portals, or service platforms
  • Brands modernising an outdated interface without replacing the entire platform
  • Teams with strong traffic but weak enquiry conversion
  • Products where complex technical content must work equally well on desktop and mobile

What it’s like to work with MOMENTOFIMPACT

For us, the process matters just as much as the final result — from clear communication and strategy to the final launch.

Why buyers get lost before they even choose a model

In agricultural machinery, the problem is often not a lack of information but too much of it. If the interface does not help buyers make sense of that information, more detail simply creates more friction.

( 01 )

Categories follow internal company logic

The way a manufacturer organises its portfolio is not always the way a buyer searches for equipment to solve a specific task.
( 02 )

Filters do not reduce the decision

Useful filtering should focus on the criteria that materially affect selection, not expose every field in the product database.
( 03 )

Model comparison is overloaded

A table with dozens of rows does not help if meaningful differences are not prioritised and explained.
( 04 )

Calls to action appear too late

Pricing, dealer contact, demos, and service options should appear when intent is created, not only at the bottom of a page.
( 05 )

Mobile UX is treated as compressed desktop

Technical tables, galleries, documents, and forms need their own mobile logic rather than a smaller version of the desktop layout.
( 06 )

The interface cannot scale

New categories, models, languages, and regions quickly create inconsistency unless the product is built on reusable components and rules.

What’s included

We design UX/UI for agricultural machinery websites and digital products where complex data, catalogues, and B2B journeys become easier to understand and use.

1. Product and user analysis

We study the business model, product catalogue, user roles, dealer network, and primary interaction scenarios.

2. Information architecture

We organise categories, models, specifications, dealers, service, and content so users know where to find what they need.

3. User flows

We map equipment selection, comparison, configuration, pricing requests, dealer discovery, and service journeys.

4. Wireframes and prototyping

We create wireframes for key screens and validate structure and logic before visual design begins.

5. UX/UI design

We design an interface that supports the brand, keeps technical content readable, and guides users towards meaningful actions.

6. Mobile-first adaptation

We specifically design filters, tables, comparisons, galleries, documents, and forms for mobile use cases.

7. UI kit and design system

We create reusable components, states, tables, forms, filters, cards, and rules that allow the product to scale consistently.

8. Development handoff and design QA

We prepare files for implementation, document component behaviour, and review key screens during development.

9. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve work-related matters through open communication and negotiation and, where necessary, in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.

10. Payment for services

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers according to the agreed terms of cooperation. We do not store users’ payment details.
